The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed priced contract for repairs on a rigid hull inflatable boats (RHIBs). The required work shall take place at the contractor's facility. The tentative Period of Performance is 27 FEB 2023 - 31 JUL 2023.

This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32252-23-Q-0016. This pre-soliciation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This posting is not a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code is J019 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Requiments: Ships, Small Craft, Pontoons, and Floating Docks. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date. 

The solicitation for this reqirement will be posted on or about 30 JAN 2023. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32252-23-Q-0016. All offers shall be emailed to the primary and secondary point of contact listed in the upcoming posting. Attached to this notice is a draft work package HRMC-022-23.

Site Visit: One ship check opportunity will be offered on Tuesday, 31 January 2023, at 0900 HST at the NSWC facility located on the island of Oahu. Directions to the location will be provided to those that RSVP.
