The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY& IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed pricedcontract for repairs on a rigid hull inflatable boats (RHIBs). The required workshall take place at the contractor's facility. The tentative Period of Performanceis 27 FEB 2023 - 31 JUL 2023.

The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-23-Q-0016. Proposals will be due on 13 February 2023 at 1000 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and the secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. Please note that there was an update to the work package (see HRMC-022-23 UPDATED_Redacted).

This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2021-05, DFARS (last updated 05/20/2021) and NMCARS 18-17.

Please note the following for N32253-23-Q-0016: Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission. Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 provides evaluation factors upon which all submitted proposals will be evaluated. FAR 52.204-24: Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror.
