The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract for repairs on rigid hull inflatable boats. The required work shall take place at the contractor’s facility.  This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-22-Q-0064. The tentative Period of Performance is 11 JUL 2022 – 16 DEC 2022.

This pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This posting is not a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. 

This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NIACS code is 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code is J019 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Ships, Small Craft, Pontoons, and Floating Docks. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 03 JUN 2022. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and proposal instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-22-Q-0064.
