The 142nd Fighter Wing, Portland Air National Guard, Portland OR, intends to issue a Invitattion For Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for upgrade of electrical services , new lighting, mobile equipment, grounding connection and a cast-in-place utility trench at Camp Rilea, Warrenton, OR.  All specifications and drawings will be included as an attachment to the invitation for bid.

In accordance with FAR provision 36.204 and DFARS 236.204 the magnitude of the project is between $250,000 - $500,000

Construction/contract completion time is 90 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220 Commercial and Building Construction.

This is a total small business set- aside. The small business size standard is $36.5 million average annual revenue.

The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 20 December 2016.
The tentative date for the pre- proposal conference is on-or-about 04 January 2017 at the 142ND FW CES Building 140, at the Portland Air National Guard, Portland OR. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference.

The solicitation closing date is scheduled for on-or-about 20 January 2017. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation.
