The 2nd Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for the procurement of the following service/ commodity: REF-TRACK program applications and customer service for all installed REF-TRACK program applications. The contractor must be available provide 24 hour service to completely restore the system if necessary 7 days a week and provide Emergency Suppor. The period of performance is 15 August 2011 through 14 August 2012. This is a Sole Source award to Computer Solutions Group LLC, 5338 Foxglove Dr. Bossier City, LA 71112-491. (318)465-9944. 2 CONS/LGCA has determined that Computer Solutions Group LLC is the only source capable of providing this requirement. The sole manufacturer has no authorized distributors and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541511. This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply/service as described above and rationale as to why they should be considered. Responses received will be evaluated and considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. However, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
