The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) intends to negotiate with The Vaccine Gene Therapy of Florida, 9801 SW Discovery Way, Port St Lucie, Florida 34987 fifty paired cycles full service RNA sequencing and Bioinformatics Advanced reporting. The Vaccine and Gene Therapy Institute of Florida is a non-profit research institution dedicated to the study of the human immune system. The Genomics Core within the Collaborative Genomics Center (CGC) provides services that include whole genome microarray analysis using the Illumina iScan platform, sequencing based assays using the Hi-Seq 2000 Platform for sequencing genomic DNA, mRNA, micorRNA, or ChiP, and gene validation using the high throughput ABI OpenArray system. They have unique experience in cross-species analysis of primate samples, which requires specialized analysis and tools developed by the Vaccine and Gene Therapy Institute of Florida. This is not a request for proposal. All interested sources who can provide the above services may submit a capabilities statement and past performance providing the same or similar services. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether this requirement is available for competition.
