The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Albany, California has a requirement for various consumable materials (GS Titanium sequencing kits, GS Titanium LV em PCR kits, GS Titanium SV em PCR kits, GS Titanium Picotiter plate kits, and GS Titanium General Library prep kits) for an existing genome sequencing instrument GS FLX 474 with titanium data cluster. The Government intends to negotiate with the only known responsible source, Roche Applied Science, in providing these supplies for a GS FLX 474.

This solicitation incorporates the following commercial FAR clauses by reference 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5.
