The Federal Government has a requirement for a Performance-Based Service Contract for Logging Out Wilderness Trails for the USDA Forest Service, Lewis and Clark National Forest Rocky Mountain Ranger District. Peformance-Based means the Contractor is responsible for an end product. If an end product is not provided in compliance with the contract specifications, an adjustment to the payment will be made.
