Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Roger State Prison Kitchen Renovation and in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project will consist of Renovation of Kitchen floor drainage system and associated repairs. The grease interceptors will be upgraded from 1,500 gallons to 50,000 gallons. The entire Kitchen drainage system will be removed and replaced including but not limited to all under slab plumbing and drains. The entire Kitchen floor will receive a new epoxy floor finish. Temporary Kitchens will be supplied by the Owner. All Kitchen equipment will be removed and replaced by the owner. The owner will supply security escorts for the contractor. (See Section 01010, Summary of Work). GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
