The Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) is soliciting responses from registered engineers / architects interested in providing professional services for the following project: GDC-22-ROGE-SP-013 Rogers State Prison Dairy Facility Upgrades, 1978 Georgia Highway 147 Reidsville, Georgia 30453 General Project Description: This project will include upgrades and re-modelling to an existing dairy facility, to increase production capacity, additional cold and dry storage, and additional product lines and product packaging. The basis for design will be the conceptual design report, with preliminary design layout and specifications, prepared by Enviro-Ag Engineering, Inc., dated October 30, 2019. These documents will be made available to shortlisted finalists firms.
