The Valdosta Regional Airport will accept proposals to replace or TPO Coat the current roof on the office building at 2512 Madison Hwy Valdosta, Ga 31601. The following minimum specifications are required: 1. White color if TPO, galvalume if metal 2. New white gutter system mounted to the side of the building with splash blocks 3. A minimum of a 10-year warranty 4. White flashing and trim 5. New boots on all roof penetrations 6. A construction plan must be provided to ensure the interior of the building is protected from inclement weather conditions 7. Airport Badging will be required during this project, which will require a background check and strenuous escorting of non-badged personnel. Anyone violating Transportation Security Administration (TSA) or local safety and security rules may be escorting off the property and further access denied. 8. The contractor must meet the requirement of the statute “BUY AMERICAN”. The Valdosta-Lowndes County Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any proposals.
