Bidders may access the bid document, bid requirements and submit their bids on Aquarion’s E-Bid System accessible at https://aquarion.procureware.com. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids are expected to be funded in whole or in part by a loan and a grant from the NH Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund. A pre-bid conference shall be held at the project site at 60 Lake Carolyn Road, Carroll, NH on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 10:00 AM.
