The City of Roswell, Georgia is seeking qualified professionals to conduct an audit/gap-analysis of our Fire Department (where we are now and where we need/want to be). The project will culminate in a long-range fire service delivery plan. The deliverable for this scope of work is a comprehensive strategic plan that is in alignment with the City’s 2021-2025 Strategic Plan. The plan will identify areas of opportunity, prioritize goals and objectives, and provide a five to ten year plan for how the Department can achieve them.
