The City of Roswell, Georgia is seeking qualified professionals to conduct an audit/gap-analysis of our Fire Department (where we are now and where we need/want to be). The project will culminate in a long-range fire service delivery plan. The deliverables for this scope of work include an agency evaluation which provides an analysis of the staffing model, service delivery, and personnel management as well as a comprehensive strategic plan that is in alignment with the City’s 2021-2025 Strategic Plan. The plan will identify areas of opportunity, prioritize goals and objectives, and provide a three to five year plan for how the Department can achieve them.
