The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is requesting an immediate response from interested parties with the capability to provide delivery of either: 4 Rough Terrain Container Handlers/Rough Terrain 10K Forklifts with delivery to Rotterdam, Germany (port destination) no later than 9 October 2014or 4 Rough Terrain Container Handlers/Rough Terrain 10K Forklifts with delivery to either Monrovia, Liberia or  to Dakai, Senegal no later than 16 October 2014to either Liberia or Senegal (port destination). Further instructions will be provided once the initial confirmation of your companies capability of providing the 4 Rough Terrain Container Handlers/Rough Terrain 10K Forlifts to either Rotterdam, Germany no later than 9 October 2014 or to Monrovia, Liberia or Dakai, Senegal no later than 16 October is established. This requirement is in support of Operation United Assistance provided assistance in regards to the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. The Government will not reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice.  No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation.
