The contractor shall provide equipment and manpower to work with MoDOT maintenance crews to assist in replacement of existing drainage structures to be replaced with new corrugated metal pipe at 40 locations on Route NN in Jefferson County, MO. Contractor must be a MoDOT prime contractor and/or complete the Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening. If contractor does not have an annual paper bid bond on file with MoDOT, please upload the copy of the bid bond with bid response and mail the original to the solicitation contact prior to bid end date.
