UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries intends to award a sole source contract to Rapid Fabrication for royalty fees for the use of the technology and expertise for their patented Rapid Deployment Unit (RDU)s.  Rapid Fabrication shall provide the technology and specifications to UNICOR, for UNICOR to manufacture these RDUs for sale to the military and Federal Government.  Rabid Fabrication will only be paid a royalty fee based on actual sales of the finished product.
