Question - Do the bidders need to have a GSA contract in place to bid?
Answer - No, offerors must be an RSA Archer re-seller.

Question - The renewal is for 100 licenses is this for the total number of users in the Department of Education?
Answer - The renewal is for 100 employees (not licenses) per month with a quantity of 180 for the whole year, except for the ‘On-Demand App Perp Basic Maint' product which has a quantity of 360.

Question - Can you provide product serial numbers for me or point me to where I may find them?
Answer - The RFQ houses the manufacturer SKU #, and associated product description, we deem that sufficient information.
