(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for BRAND NAME commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(II) This solicitation document is issued as a request for proposal (RFQ). Submit quotes on RFQ 64-119E-1362. There is no particular format.

(III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52; 31 May 2011.

(IV) There is a 100% Small Business set-aside for this procurement. The associated NAICS code is 423430. The small business size standard is 100 Employees'.

(V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following BRAND NAME commercial products - NO EQUALS WILL BE ACCEPTED:

    CLIN 0004:  10 ea, RSA SID Software Token Seeds (48 months) per User, PN SID820-8-60-48-250

    CLIN 0005: 600 ea, RSA SID700 Authenticator (36 months) per User, PN SID700-6-60-36-750

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN UPGRADE TO EXISTING LICENSES.  THIS ORDER WILL BE APPLIED TO OUR DESIGNATED SN "99722478".  Maintenance is covered under another existing contract.  This set-up has been reviewed and approved by RSA.
