This requirement is for a one year subscription contract for the three (3) RS
Means complete library (professional) software subscription licenses. Period of Performance is 4 June 2018 to 3 June 2019. RSMeans data from Gordian provides accurate and up-to-date cost information to help owners, developers, architects, engineers, contractors and others carefully and precisely project and control the cost of both new building construction and renovation projects. The Full Library (formerly Complete Library) includes; Building Construction Costs, Concrete and Masonry Costs,
Electrical Costs, Green Building Costs, Heavy Construction Costs, Interior
Costs, Mechanical Costs, Plumbing Costs, Site Work and Landscape Costs,
Commercial Renovation Costs, Facilities Construction Costs, Residential New
Construction Costs, Facilities Maintenance and Repair Costs, Facilities
Preventive Maintenance Costs, and General Maintenance Costs.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this
requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $38.5M. This notice of intent is
not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may
submit a quotation which, if received by 4:00 p.m May 11, 2018, shall be
considered. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of
contact at the email address shown below. A determination by the
Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the
responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
