502 CONS intends to sole source the purchase of RSMeans Online Full Library for BCCD, Concrete, Electrical, Green Building, Heavy Construction, Interior, Mechanical, Plumbing, Site work/Landscape, Commercial Renovation, Residential New Construction Cost, Facilities, and Facilities Maintenance. & Repair, Facilities Preventive Maintenance and General Maintenance. The RSMeans Software Online will allow in preparation more accurate government estimates when negotiating contract modifications. RSMeans Online software will provide up to date material and labor costs for all local cost index for all of the project locations. This is not a request for competitive proposals or a request to respond to a solicitation. Interested parties may provide specific information regarding their product for consideration as to whether their product meets the government's needs.

Required Equipment:

User licenses for access to Gordian's proprietary RSMeans Online software. Other information may be requested after initial response, either from individual respondents or all respondents. This notice is the only document that will be published notifying interested vendors of the government's intent.
Interested vendors are advised that information provided to the Government in regard to the product components proposed will be considered proprietary information (unless clearly marked as available to the general public) and will not be released to the public or other interested vendors. The government may retain this information for its records indefinitely.

Any vendor wishing to propose an alternative source must provide a copy of all relevant data demonstrating the alternative source satisfies the above requirements to Mary Lou Walther.
