The work consists of the construction of seven condominium units in substantial conformance with applicable ordinances, the conceptual "schematic design" previously submitted and approved by the City, and incorporated into the "Design Development" materials and "Working Drawings" which were completed by Knitter Partners International Architects, Inc. (KPI). The building and each unit will be constructed as per plans and specifications by KPI. Each unit will provide 1,848 square feet of livable space plus a 2-car garage and front patio off the den/bonus room.
