The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to procure, on a sole source basis from Adek Technical Sales, Inc, 25 each RTCASS Computer P/N 581F-SEI-1REV2.0. This item is the primary control unit of the RTCASS test set and all subsystems attached to the RTCASS test station. This unique part supplied by Adek has been qualified to meet environmental specifications and TPS regression test requirements of the RTCASS system. Delivery is desired within 3 months after contract award. This is not a request for proposals; however any competing proposal must be received within 15 days of this notice. The determination by the Government not to open the procurement to competition based on responses to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Government.
