The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to procure, on a sole source basis from ZTEC Instruments, Inc. 20 each RTCASS Digitizer P/N ZT1428VXI-RT. The Digitizer is a general purpose, two channel, 1 GS/s 250 MHz oscilloscope, which provides versatility and capability of digitizing oscilloscopes for testing and troubleshooting units under test (UUTs) on RTCASS. The item being procured must meet environmental requirements per the RTCASS RVTM and be qualified to comprehensive TPS regression testing. Delivery is required within 90 days after contract award. This is not a request for proposals; however, any competing proposals must be received within 15 days of the date of this notice. The determination by the Government not to open this procurement to competition based on responses to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Government.
