Rubber Tire Loader CRCC to Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 3:00 PM TOWN OF CHARLESTOWN INVITATION TO BID The Town of Charlestown is presently accepting bids for the purchase of a rubber tire loader. Sealed bids will be received at the Town Clerk's Office until 3:00 PM, AUGUST 26, 2020. Bids should be marked in the lower left-hand corner "RUBBER TIRE LOADER". Detailed specifications may be obtained at the Town Hall during the hours of 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Questions regarding the specifications should be directed to Alan A. Arsenault, Director of Public Works at (401) 364-1230. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept that bid which it deems in their sole judgement to be in the best interest of the Town. Bids shall be awarded by the evaluated method. Evaluation shall be made on the basis of adherence to bid specifications, cost, availability, demonstrated quality of product, reputation of bidder and other criteria the Town Council considers relevant. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept those bids which it deems, in their sole judgement to be in the best interest of the Town.
