****NO SOLICITATION EXISTS***The Lirbary of Congress (LOC) intends to negotiate a non-competitively with Information Centre for the Disabled (ITCD), Office 37/408A Bld. 10, MOSCOW, 124460, RUSSIA to provide the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS/BPH) witha Braille Scanner that can recognize braille pages, one-sided or two sided, on paper, plactic (thermoform) or metal plates.
