Scope of work for Russian to English and English to Russian translation services will include both on-site and off-site work throughout the fiscal year, October 2012 through September 2013. Contractor must have the ability to provide one to four translators for on-site translation for meetings, meals, and tours in Russia and Alaska throughout the fiscal year, October 2012 through September 2013. Translation services will be required for approximately 10 days (dates to be determined). Typical workdays will consist of twelve hour shifts (0800-2000). Ground transportation utilized to accomplish events will be limited to reimbursement of $75.00. Airfare and lodging expenses will be limited to reimbursement of actual expense, not to exceed the U.S. Government rate. Quote will be required for working day rates and travel day rates as trips will consist of multiple travel days. Contractor must be able to operate independently (i.e. provide laptop/software as needed) and be intimately familiar with a range of nautical and military terms in both Russian and English.

For off-site work, quote must include cost per page for Russian to English and English to Russian document and e-mail translation services as well as an hourly rate of translation services via phone. Contractor must be available 24/7 for phone call translation services.
