NA The Directorate of Contracting is seeking to establish a firm fixed price, requirements type contract to procure on an unrestricted basis all necessary equipment, inspection, labor, management, parts, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and a ll other essentials necessary to provide Basewide and Military Family Housing refuse collection and disposal services. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the terms and conditions of the contract at C ombined Arms Center, Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. The performance period is 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2003 with four (4) one-year Options. This procurement will be awarded under the Small Business Competitive Program as unrestricted. The North A merican Industry Classification System Code is 562111, Solid Waste Collection, and is defined as a concern whose average annual receipts for the proceeding three fiscal years did not exceed $10.5 million.
