Furnish all necessary labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to provide snow removal from approximately 1,800 square feet of sidewalk and 19,200 square feet of parking lot and lawn care for approximately 14,600 square feet of lawn at the office location and 20,500 square feet of lawn at the Bunkhouse location with approximately 176 square feet of planter area for weeding and maintenance on the administrative sites of the Bearlodge Ranger District Office on the Black Hills National Forest in Crook County Wyoming. A site visit will be held at 10:00 am MST on January 3, 2006 at the office site. First year of contract for these services, no existing contract for prior year prices. Numbered Notes -- 1
