Army Contracting Command-New Jersey is issuing this Request for
Information (RFI)/Sources Sought in an effort to perform market research to assist in
determining the acquisition strategy for custodial services to be performed at Alexander Hamilton USARC, 76 route 17 at Essex St, Lodi, NJ 07644. This is planned as a 9-month base period and four 1-year option periods. Target start date is 25 Sep 14. This RFI is to identify potential contractors for this requirement.
Contractor shall provide all transportation, fuel, personnel, equipment, tools,
materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform
custodial services at the location listed above and in strict accordance with the final Performance Work Statement. The required services are provided in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and draft floor plan.
This RFI is for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this
time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of
the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition,
the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in
response to this RFI and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as
offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly
marked as such.
Responses to this RFI should not exceed three (3) pages and include a capability statement indicating desire and capability to perform the services as well as CAGE code and business socioeconomic status. The designated NAICS Code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $18M. Please include any additional terms and/or conditions that might be included in a contract between commercial entities which may differ or not be included in the
