The Contractor shall provide custodial services to include the furnishing of all cleaning supplies to accomplish those services, at the McCook Field Office in accordance with the requirements in the Statement of Work in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean and neat professional appearance. The estimated square footage for all designated floor spaces and facilities is 8,879 square feet on 3 floors. This is a performance based commercial service acquisition, pursuant to the Fedeal Acquisition Regulations, part 12 and 13.5. The due date for the Request for Quotation (RFQ) is tentatively scheduled for September 11, 2003. All reasonable sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This acquisition will be a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 561720. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 7349. The small business size standard is $14.0 Million. To receive a copy of the RFQ, contractors shall fax a request on letterhead to the attention of Shawna Rogers at (406) 247-7798.
