This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought synopsis seeking potential contractors to provide all inclusive housekeeping and food services for a South Texas Veterans Health Care System, sixty-six (66)-bed domiciliary, located at Villa Serena, 4455 Horizon Hill, San Antonio, Texas 78229. The contractor shall have aseptic cleaning experience in a medical setting. Services shall be performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Contractor shall be required to properly clean an estimated 33,000 square feet and provide three meals per day. This includes sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, burnishing, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, washing windows, high/low dusting, cleaning restrooms, washing walls, cleaning sinks, and removing trash. The Contractor's employees should be available Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm to include weekend hours. In response to this Sources Sought at a minimum interested businesses shall provide the Government with the following information (1) Name of Company-include a contact person's name, telephone number, and email address; (2) Company Address; (3) Company Size (please specify large, small, service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub-zone, 8(a)); (4) Specify whether the services identified above are of a type offered and sold competitively in substantial quantities in the commercial marketplace based on established catalog or market prices and whether these services are exclusively provided to the Government; (5) Commercial policies and practices as it relates to the following areas; minimum qualifications of the candidates; candidate rejection/acceptation policy, professional liability insurance limits, billing and payment terms and other standard commercial contract terms and conditions that would apply (6) Describe experience and past performance with similar types of requirements of similar scope and magnitude and whether they were performance-based - include the contract number; Government agency name and address; contract funded amount; (7) Identify existing or potential pricing structure in support of this type of work; and (8) Identify qualifications of technical and management personnel.
