Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract

The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC, intends to award a sole source contract extension under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (2) - FAR 16.505(b) (2) (iii) - Logical Follow on order. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to Laurcal, Inc.
