This is a request for quote (RFQ) for all labor, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to perform Janitorial Services at Newburgh Locks and Dam, Newburgh, IN. Services will be from 01 January 2007 thru 31 December 2007. This RFQ contains an option clause to extend the contract for two one-year periods. If the options to extend are exercised, the two one-year periods will be from 01 January 2008 thru 31 December 2008 and 01 January 2009 thru 31 December 2009. NOTE: This procurement is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS 561720 ($15.0 million). Award for this procurement will be based on best value to the Government.
