The RI Air National Guard has a requirement for Cafeteria Mess Attendant Servcies at two dining facilities (North Kingstown and North Smithfield, RI). The RI Air National Guard dining facilities typically operate two (2) days each month (one weekend) for the lunch meal. There will be times, however, that more or less than two days are required. For example, the dining facilities usually operate two weekends (4 days) in June and not during the month of July. The contractor shall, except as specified in this Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW) as government furnished property or services, provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform mess attendant services at locations specified in this in the Solicitation. Contractor tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: cleaning facilities, equipment, furniture and utensils in dining areas, handling equipment and maintaining quality control. The Period of Performance for this proposed contract is from 7 June 2008 to 30 September 2008 with two (2) Option Years. The solicitation issue date is 19 May 2008 and the closing date is 28 May 2008 NLT 1:00PM. A single firm fixed-price contract is contemplated and is 100% Set-Aside Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 and the Size Standard for Small Business is $15 million average annual gross revenue of the concern for the last three (3) fiscal years.
