This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for portable chemical latrines with hand sanitizer in support of Golden Coyote annual training exercise in South Dakota. Service will be needed 1 June - 21 June 2014. The contractor shall provide all portable chemical latrines in accordance with attached Solicitation.
The awardee shall meet all requirements of a food preparation/ serving business within the State of South Dakota. No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation or affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractor. Potential contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract. This acquisition shall be 100% Small Business set aside. Applicable NAICS 562991 for Septic Tank services, the small business size standards is $7 Million. RFQ solicitation response date is 16 May 2014.
