The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement for Catered Meals. The solicitation is W912JV-09-T-2003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by 4 March 2009, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result in a Multiple Requirements contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. 1.1 The supplier shall furnish catered meals if and when requested by the Contracting Officer during the period of 1April 2009 Through 31 September 2013.

1.2 Projected Annual Requirements is $ 504,000.
1.3 Vendor must be able to respond to requirements within 48 hours of an issued delivery order.


The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability.
