The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for cleaning services at the Records Center and Vault at 11693 Lime Kiln Drive, Neosho, MO 64850 for the period October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. This is a 100% small business set-aside. It is anticipated that a commercial item contract will be awarded for a base period of 10/1/06 - 9/30/07 with two 1-year option periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
