The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with TDS Telecom, dba Winterhaven Telephone Company, P.O. Box 5158, Madison WI, 53717-2152, for a multi (5) five-year contract. Service at Laguna Field Office, located on Route 1, 2400 Imperial Road, Winterhaven California, 92283, and surrounding areas. Competition is restricted due to being the only company that services the area. The requirement includes that contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and facilities to deliver telephone service services. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures. The anticipated award date is July 1, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Offers shall show contractor's capability to provide required services, and be received by 12:00 noon, local time, June 28, 2005.
