Army Contracting Command NJ -Fort Dix is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the acquisition strategy for refuse & recycling services to be performed at CW2 Kerry P Hein USARC 200 Route 25A, Shoreham NY 11786-2104. This RFI is to identify potential contractors for this requirement.

Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to dispose of refuse and recyclables in strict accordance with the statement of work. Pricing shall be inclusive of all fuel surcharges and any other fees or charges and any applicable state Growing Greener Act fees. Containers will be placed as directed by on-site facility coordinator. Refuse service: pick up and disposal of refuse in one- six (6) cubic yard container to be serviced 2x per week at the administration building and pick up and disposal of one-six(6) cubic yard container to be serviced 2x a week at the maintenance shop. Recycle service: pick up and disposal of recyclables in one - four (4 ) cubic yard container to be serviced 2x per week.

This RFI is for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such.
Responses to this RFI should not exceed five (5) pages and must contain the following information: Your company's business size, using NAICS code 562111 business size $35.5m as the benchmark to determine business size.
