The National Guard Professional Educational Center located at Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas, has a requirement for Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services. The anticipated contract will have a Base Year with four(4) Option Years. Lau ndry Services will include sheets, flat, both queen and double, Pillow Cases, Mattress Pads, Blankets, and Tablecloths. Dry cleaning will include Tableskirts and Bedspreads. Pickup of all laundry will be at the Professional Education Center. The Services C ontact Act will apply to this procurement with the Department of Labor Wage Rates applying. Evaluation factors will consist of Past performance and Price with past performance more important than price. Past performance shall be evaluated on the basis of t he following subfactors with all subfactors being of equal importance: 1. Customer Satisfaction; 2. Organization; 3. Quality; 4. Timeliness; 5. Responsiveness; 6. Subcontracts and Management; 7. Pricing Structure; 8. Safety and Environment. Pricing proposa ls will be separate from Past Performance Proposals. A Pre-solicitation conference will be held 15 February 2007 at Camp Joseph T. Robinson, Bldg 7102, North Little Rock, AR at 10:00AM.
