Notice of Intent to Sole Source Solicitation Number: 36C77621R0071 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Venergy Group LLC, 1217 Delaware Ave Fort Pierce, FL 34950 for hosting, support and services, and data integration for the VHA Advanced Utility Metering System (AUMS) under the authority of 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(c), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 Authorized or Required by Statute, 819.7007 Sole source awards to a verified service-disabled veteran-owned small business. Energy monitoring is a foundation for the effective and sustainable improvement. This project includes ongoing management of the Department of Veterans Affairs for network, hosting, managed services, support and assurance for the AUMs. The AUMS renewal contract includes monitoring for the following: Electrical and Mechanical Meters: VISNs 1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,12,15,16,17,19,20,21,22,23. Project Information: The Department of Veterans Affairs is requiring hosting, support & services, data integration for the VHA Advanced Utility Metering System (AUMS). Energy monitoring is a foundation for the effective and sustainable improvement. The information provided from the metering project provides insight to improve efficiency, reduce waste and lower greenhouse gas emission into the environment. This project includes ongoing management of the Department of Veterans Affairs for network, hosting, managed services, support and assurance for the AUMS. The AUMS is managing approximately 40,000 points from approximately 4000 different electrical and mechanical meters for 18 VISNs across the United States. The software agreement includes hosting StruxureWare Power Monitoring Expert (PME) and StruxureWare Enterprise Energy Manager (EEM) with the Advances Visualization Module.
