The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a bridge contract to P.J. McNamara, Landscaping/Groundskeeping services for the Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS). The proposed procurement is for a firm fixed price award with a term of one year to prevent a break in service and allow time for a long-term contract to be solicitated with maximum competition.
