FY23 Basic Multiple Award Construction Contract SABER requirements

Amendment 1 dated 2 February 2023 -  Cleaned up administrative issues in Section L and Section M.  No changes were made, removed red lines and comments.

Amendment 2 dated 6 February 2023 - A site visit will be held for the seed project for this IDIQ on 13 February 2023 at 1.pm. CST.  If you need help gaining base access, please email Logan Hamm [email protected] by Friday, 10 February 2023 for the additional information that we will need.  

The seed project Magnitude of Construction is between $750K and $1M.

Amendment 3 dated 10 February 2023 - See updated attachment for Questions and Answers, updates to SOW, Section L and Section M.  

Amendment 4 dated 21 February 2023 - See updated Attachment 15, Section M, Evaluation of Offerors, updated Attachment 14, Section L, Instructions to Offerors and Attachment 21, Questions and Answers Set # 2.  Attachment 20 Asbestos Report for the seed project, Roof Repair at B72, is now available. 

As builts for the seed project, Roof Repair at B72 are available by contacting Logan Hamm at [email protected] and requesting a DOD safe drop off link.
