This announcement serves as a Sources Sought Synopsis issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a request for quotations. DO NOT submit a quote or proposal in response to this synopsis. The purpose of this notice is to identify companies capable and qualified to provide the SABRE 5000 TRI Partnership Program.

2) On-Site Training - One Day SABRE Training held on-site at the customer's facility for up to 10 people. Best efforts will be made to arrange and complete training within 45 business days after receipt of unit. A training day must be booked within one year after receipt of unit or training will be forfeit.

All interested firms shall submit a response demonstrating their capabilities to provide this requirement to the Primary Point of Contact listed below. As stipulated in FAR 15.201, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract shall be solely within the Government's discretion.
