NOTICE OF INTENT SOLE SOURCE ONLY REQUIREMENT

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
55th Contracting Squadron at 101 Washington Square Building 40, Offutt AFB, NE 68113-210, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price Contract toFundemental Software Inc for SACCSwarranty. The proposed contract action is for one (1) base year and four (4) option years.

JUSTIFICATION AUTHORITY:
This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NIACS) for this requirement is 334111 with a small business size standard of 1000 EMP.

JUSTIFICATION OF SOLE SOURCE ONLY:
Fundemental Software Inc (FSI) is the only company that has access to proprietary source code for the software products, and whom may provide the warranty/maintenance services for both hardware and software products. These products are not listed or available under General Services Administration (GSA) schedules.
