NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR
This is a COMBINED SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This solicitation has been prepared with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, utilizing procedures under FAR part 13, for commercial service as described below.

The Naval Hospital Bremerton is requesting quotes for an on-site full service contract on Sakura Equipment.  Proposed contract action is for the service and preventative maintenance on government owned equipment.  The vendor must be an authorized dealer in order to work on equipment listed below.  This is a small business set aside with the period of performance of 1 Dec 2018 to 30 November 2019.  All preventative maintenance will be conducted within the same month for all equipment.
