NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR
This is a COMBINED SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation has been prepared with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, utilizing procedures under FAR part 13, for Commercial service as described below.
The Naval Hospital Bremerton is requesting quotes for an on-site full service contract on Sakura Equipment proposed contract action is for Service and Preventative Maintenance on government owned equipment. The vendor must be an Authorized dealer in order to work on equipment stated below. This is a small business set aside The period of performance is 12/1/17-12/2/18.All preventive maintenance will be conducted with in the same month for all equipment.
