The City of Palm Coast is using Salesforce as its CRM. The Customer Service Department works out of the platform, answering calls through it and managing cases. Aside from Case and Customer (Citizen) Management, we are also using Community webpages, Salesforce Maps and Field Service Lightening. The Information Technology department is looking for a consultant that can help with administration of the product, as well as development along these product lines. The ideal consultant would be knowledgable in : * Day to Day Salesforce Administration (user permissions, configuration, etc) * Data Loading through an external tool (Jitterbit) * Flows * Field Service Lightening, Scheduling, Dispatch * API Integration * Light Apex Coding
