The City of Palm Coast, Florida, Office of Economic Development is seeking a qualified authorized Salesforce consultant to build an Economic Development Platform and Dashboard to track and manage clients, leads, projects, as well as generate reports, by the quarter, year, project investment amount, number of new jobs created, industry sector, NAICS Code, project lead source, incentive amount awarded, and length of time to close a project. Additional reports may be added. There must be integration between Outlook and Salesforce so emails can be exported into the company and/or project object areas, and have the ability to upload documents into the company and/or project object areas.
